Marley Marl & Pete Rock - Future Flavas Hot 97 WQHT February 11 1996 (320kbs)

DJ Eclipse with the 90's classic radio tape rips......."Grap Luva and Half Pint were hanging out with Pete and Marley on this one. Mic breaks at 4:39, 26:03 & 52:37. Nice hearing Pete cut up the Non Phixion "Legacy" 12" hot off the press (48:59) as well as Marley bigging it up right after. Stretch and Bobbito Hot 97 promo (27:44) for the premiere episode which came on a little later that night. And immediately following Future Flavas was Home Jams with Big Dennis who had G-Whiz from Heavy D & The Boyz as his co-host. I let a little of the beginning play at the end of this show."

Demo's Demo's Demo's Demo's..............

Here's a couple of demos taken from a Stretch & Bobbito show in September 1996.  The first one is by World Wide Travels out of the UK (Now identified as Lewis Parker-Mysteries Of Life 1996 Demo....

The second below, is Unknown, no info, nothing, but its real dope!!!!

DJ Eclipse & DJ Riz - The Halftime Show 89.1 WNYU September 30 1998 (320kbs)

The latest mix from DJ Eclipse's tape stash, always the dope shit!!!

"Riz spins the first half as always and then I jump on at 92:39. Mic breaks come at 25:46 and 145:03 along with Lynn Gonzalez. At 29:40 we have guests Willie Stubz & Natruel who quickly get into a freestyle session. The highlight though comes at 56:42 when Ali Shaheed Muhammad and Q-Tip from A Tribe Called Quest get on the mic to promote their new LP "The Love Movement". Scratch that. The highlight actually comes at 60:00 when Q-Tip decides to do a 15+ minute off-the-top freestyle while Riz plays a medley of instrumentals. So dope how he freestyles the history of the group. Great listen although not without some minor turntable technical difficulties here and there. Man, Riz and I were so picky (and still are) when it comes to how precise we want the mix to sound. It always drove us crazy when there were technical issues."

Wildman Steve & DJ Riz - The Hip Hop Spot 90.3 WBAU May 23 1994 (320kbs)

DJ Eclipse blesses us with another tape from his collection of 90's radio shows

"I've got some good news and some bad news. The good news is here's another dope Steve & Riz radio show with guests Mic Geronimo, Kyze and O.C. The bad news is my tape ends right when O.C. starts to freestyle. Riz rocks for almost an hour before Steve does his first mic break (51:39). Shortly after that a reggae set takes place (55:10) to promote a reggae event they were announcing. At 74:30 Steve gets back on and then Riz gets back into Hip Hop. Next mic break (91:12) Steve introduces Mic Geronimo (& Magoo aka Irv Gotti) for an interview then Mic jumps into a freestyle (105:25). Riz plays some more after that then Kyze is the next guest up (137:48). His freestyle is at 155:19 then Riz gets on once again. End of the show brings us O.C. (176:48) right into his freestyle (189:27) that unfortunately gets cut off."
