  1. Hi,

I just wanna send a big THANKS!! out to you for all your efforts and time you put into maintaining this site. Let my comment remind you that your work does not go by unappreciated!
I myself was never really into Hip-Hop but music in general, and I covered my rarely hip hop needs with some Mos Def, Talib Kweli or some Kool Keith especially under his Dr. Octagon moniker.Apart from that and some critical selected compilations that was more than enough for me. Just recently re-discovered the whole mixtape side of things which all were heavily influenced by oldskool hip hop as well as funk n soul. Long story short i found your blog and Im loving what you put out on display here, its just one killer album after another..amazed by the high quality!!I now value the whole genre so much more also thanks to ur blog,so keep up your good work!

  2. I can't understand all this Dilla hype. He had some dope stuff in the 90's but that was really it imo. Anyway, to each his own.

  3. If your comment is directed to my post from above I have to say I meant it all in general,I just used the newest topic to write it in. For me I just love all them japanese mixtapes which are posted on this blog, which are filled with dope underground hip hop to the rim..doesnt get better than that.
